Conference Registration: Everyone attending the Applied Geography Conference, including paper presenters and session organizers, is required to register for the Conference. The registration fee ($125 preregistration/$145 on-site and $50 for students) covers conference materials, two complimentary beverage coupons for the opening reception, complimentary beverages during breaks, a copy of the Papers of the Applied Geography Conferences, and the Friday lunch. Some of the special events and field trips are at extra cost to the participants and will be added to this site once details are finalized. All participants submitting a paper for possible publication in the Papers and Proceedings must preregister. Requests for refunds must be made in writing prior to the start of the Conference. The Applied Geography Conferences, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any event with insufficient enrollment.

Exhibitors Registration: Each conference features an exhibit area for businesses, agencies, and universities to promote what they have to offer. The $500 registration fee covers exhibit space with access to electricity for the duration of the conference plus two registrations for individuals.
